    2. Onboarding & Setup

    Once the strategy is aligned, we gather access to necessary platforms, such as domains, email inboxes, and CRM systems. We then configure the tech stack, ensuring tools like email warm-up and security settings are in place. From there, we build the lead lists and draft customized messaging, tailoring it to your brand tone and offer.

    3. Execution & Optimization

    The first campaign is launched, with all systems thoroughly tested and monitored for performance. We track metrics such as reply quality and meeting bookings, making adjustments to the lists and messaging as needed. Each week, we provide performance reports, share insights, and make refinements. After 30 days, a review is conducted to assess lead flow, conversion quality, and determine the best course of action—whether that’s scaling, pivoting, or pausing.
